The Landmark is a luxury residential development in St Leonards, Sydney. We had the privilege of developing a suite of apps for use in the sales display to provide a unique experience for potential buyers. This included an iPad application that sales agents could use to show apartment floorplans and approximate view-lines that could be experienced from each apartment balcony. The agents could cast their iPad to any of multiple TV displays mounted around the showroom to provide a central discussion point for interested buyers. The installation also included an immersive theatre display showcasing lifestyle videos that could be controlled (as well as remotely closing the theatre doors) by the iPad sales tool. It was an exciting display and a reflection of the dedication to detail within The Landmark development.
