The Burcham is a high-tech masterpiece of sustainable living and smart design. We were lucky to have the opportunity to develop a 3D interactive touch-screen visualisation of the project. This visualisation allowed the viewer to not only look at the outside of the development, but also to “take the top off” each level to view the floorplans and layout. The apartments were grouped and could quickly be filtered by number of bedrooms or size. The visualisation was also linked to a sales database to visualise which apartments were available or sold in real-time. A series of interactive hotspots were included to explain innovative smart technologies that were being incorporated into the building, such as fingerprint recognition, a solar farm and edible gardens.
